We bought the ReliTouch lock for a common maintenance area for our hotel resort complex. No lock has lasted more than two months and so far we've tried at least 8 different brand and model locks for this door. It's been 8 months and the ReliTouch is still going strong. I'm very surprised. That maintenance door was a huge problem for a lot of years and now that this lock is there it's become a non-issue.
